1. You are aware that there is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to get on our list and/or hold a puppy. If we do not have enough puppies from a litter we will transfer your deposit to the next available spot.

2. We reserve the right to refund the deposit at any time if we feel like your home is not a good fit for one of our puppies.

3. If you cannot keep your dog, you will let us know and allow us first right of refusal. We will give a refund at our discretion.

4. All puppies must be kept intact until 18 mo for our health guarantee. Pet only puppies should be fixed after 24-36 mo of age.

5. You have reviewed our contract and agree with the terms.

6. You have reviewed the purchase details tab and understand the price, deposit, picking process, and what to expect on pickup day.

7. You understand we cannot control heat cycles and have the right to change our breeding plans at anytime as we will only breed if our females are healthy and we are able to properly care for a litter. Deposits are not refunded in the case of heat cycle timing.

8. You understand we will match people with their puppies at 6-7 weeks. We do not allow people to pick their own puppy, so that each puppy gets a home that is their best fit based on their individual needs.
